Nemours is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Wilmington, DE! This role will support two SR. Directors of Nursing and various department of nursing functions.

Essential Functions:
  • Supervise administrative staff
  • Monitor department budget closely and regularly
  • Process order requests through Lawson
  • Problem solve department issues
  • Develop and edit employee news letter
  • Prepare and sign Accounts Payable Payment Requests
  • Act on behalf of the Director during absences
  • Maintain office supplied/inventory
  • Coordinate printing needs for the clinic
  • Maintain doctor credentials within NHC files

Job Requirements:
  • Associates Degree r equired
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of Executive Assistant/Administrative Assistant level experience required
