Responsibilities
- Call potential customers that have inquired about our products and services to initiate first initial contact
- Posses strong knowledge of Inc Authority products and services to identify customers needs when qualifying them
- Demonstrate an aptitude for sales to increase customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with potential customers and internal team members
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all daily activity and customer contact
