What you will be doing as a Program Supervisor / Behavior Specialist

• Providing quality supervision to therapist providing 1:1 ABA Therapy in a in-home setting
• Ensuring client consent and dignity by utilizing a hands off play based approach
• Analyze data and ensure therapist are implementing individualized behavior and treatment plans for each client with integrity.
• Create and maintain client files including progress reports and session notes
• With the guidance of a BCBA assess, generate, and train therapist to implement safe and appropriate behavior modifications
• Provide weekly parent training
• Collaborating with the clinical team dedicated to enhancing our clients and their family’s independence and quality of life.

What Program Supervisors / Behavior Specialist Bring to the Team

• Master’s Level applicants are welcome- Currently enrolled or completed Master’s degree in ABA
• Prior supervision experience in ABA
• A passion for working with children with ASD and related diagnosis
• An eagerness to be part of a supportive and like-minded company
• Consistency and deep commitment to show up everyday (which includes reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
