Youth Care Professional - CRTC

Children's Residential Treatment Center (CRTC) provides intensive residential treatment, in a secure setting, for severely emotionally disturbed children and adolescents.

WHAT’S EXPECTED?

• Plan and participate in all recreational and educational programming for residents
• Observe, report, and document information regarding resident behaviors and actions
• Support and contribute to effective communication among team members, program participants, families and other outside professionals
• Provide a healthy and appropriate model for residents to emulate
• Strong emotional intelligence and resiliency
• Compassion for individuals dealing with mental health concerns

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 20 years of age or older
• A current and valid Driver's license with minimal violations on record
• Experience with adolescents in residential/hospital setting preferred
• Must pass criminal background checks

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
