We are looking for a Website Manager to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Plans, implements, manages, monitors, and upgrades the organization's multiple websites
• Manages and optimizes website frontend to improve customer experience, engagement, and drive new patient exams
• Executes site content updates within content management system (CMS) to support unique affiliate brands and marketing initiatives ensuring all updates are made in a timely manner
• Collaborates with internal resources and agency teams to identify website development strategies to improve website User Interface (UI)/User Experience (UX) and Key Performance Indicators
• Supports website content production collaborating with creative team as needed
• Partners with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist for effective content strategies
• Collaborates with the Senior Manager, Media & Analytics, and other in-house marketing teams
• Partners with internal and external teams to track, report, and analyze data creating actionable insights that ultimately improve website performance and conversion

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer information systems, analytics, or similar field preferred
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in website management, optimization, and development with seven (7) years preferred
• Experience supporting multiple websites and hosting domains required
• Basic HTML skills required
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and demonstrated ability to analyze data required
• Basic knowledge of SEO and experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of WordPress CMS preferred
• Intermediate problem-solving skills required
• Intermediate experience with digital image and video optimization on websites required
• Intermediate knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, and Microsoft Office products required
• Ability to maintain working knowledge with current trends in UI/UX, SEO, digital best practices, etc.
• Google, CMS, or SEO certification a plus
