Position Title: Website Coordinator
Department: Marketing
Supervisor: SVP, Business Development & Marketing
FLSA: Non-exempt (paid by the hour)
Position Summary: On a daily basis, help all stakeholders (customers, employees, partners) navigate the company website and troubleshoot issues that arise. Over the longer term, help identify ways to grow and improve the website.
Key Tasks:
- Provide assistance, by phone and email, to customers who are placing online orders
- Provide assistance to other stakeholders, including employees and delivery partners, on website issues
- Update website item and description information
- Help identify opportunities to improve company website and work with website developers to execute
- Assist broader marketing team with miscellaneous projects and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized
- Able to use Excel for tracking and basic functions
- Familiar with Outlook for email
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with technology
