At Restore Technology we have an exciting opportunity for a Operations Supervisor to join our growing team in Cardington.

This role is to support the overall growing operations, providing senior support to junior staff and be a point of contact for the depot management.
Working hours for this position are 9AM- 6PM Monday to Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the training of new staff
- Collate stats and data to aid the company in reaching targets and KPIs set
- Maintain the Health and Safety of the employees and the building
- Ensure maximum motivation and productivity is achieved during each shift
- Report any concerns to Depot Manager
