WAREHOUSE/SHIPPING/RECEIVING

Hiawatha Fasteners has an immediate full time opening for a dependable individual with experience in order picking/packing, stocking material and various related warehouse duties for our North Syracuse location.

Hours Monday-Friday 8 am – 5 pm

QUALIFICATIONS:

Detailed and Accurate
Positive Attitude
Teamwork Oriented
Strong Work Ethic
Ability to Lift 50# without assistance
Valid driver’s license
Prior Warehouse distribution experience preferred.
Knowledge of hardware a plus
Desire to learn/train on other aspects of business
High School Diploma or equivalent education.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pick and Pack Orders with accuracy and speed
Stock Product in store and in Warehouse
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Receiving
Shipping /Unishipper/FEDX/LTL
Load and Unload Trucks
Limited Forklift Operation (will train)
Interface with Management and Purchasing for stock replenishment
Deliver product to local customers
Occasional delivery/pick up at Hiawatha Fasteners’ Watertown location.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
