Mosaic is currently seeking a Warehouse Sales Associate to join our growing team. The Warehouse Sales Associate will be responsible for receiving and processing all products and customer deliveries. This position will also maintain the cleanliness, organization and overall operations of the warehouse. Additionally, the Warehouse Sales Associate will be expected to periodically assist with the Counter Sales Area, servicing customers, answering phones and placing orders. Only candidates that have past experience working directly with customers and possess the ability to be friendly, communicate effectively and hold conversations in a professional manner will be considered.

Please note, this position will require repeated heavy lifting throughout the workday, with most products exceeding 70+ pounds.

• Process all deliveries to include the loading and unloading of trucks, correct placement of material within the warehouse and detailed order fulfillment
• Employ routine maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse to ensure exceptional operational capacity
• Establish strong relationships with customers to allow for open communication, problem solving and resolution of any issues
• Oversee logistics, deliveries and receipt of orders to ensure proper and correct fulfillment
• Occasionally assist with customer service, sales transactions and order processing inside the Counter Sales Area, when needed

• Comfortable building and maintaining professional relationships with customers
• Highly organized, self-sufficient and comfortable working independently

• Ability to effectively communicate and problem-solve
• Proficiency to multi-task in an effort to complete all duties in a timely and productive manner
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a warehouse environment is required
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or retail sales experience is required
• Must be able to lift 70+ pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
• Familiar with the use of fork lifts, pallet jacks and other warehousing devices
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
