Pool Builders Supply, a partner of Heritage Pool Supply, is seeking a self-motivated team player to be our next Warehouse Manager.

This full-time position will oversee operations at a warehouse, yard or storage facility to ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule. Prepare schedules for warehouse associates, train new employees on how to use machinery and monitor compliance with safety standards. The workweek is Monday through Friday, with an opportunity for overtime during the busy season.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities

Duties/Responsibilities:

Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity. Track, stage orders for delivery, and coordinate receipt, storage and timely delivery of material. Order supplies and maintain suitable inventory levels. Check orders, bills, items received, inventory and prepare any necessary documentation. Ensure basic maintenance standards, compliance with health and safety regulations are being followed. Perform daily inspections of the warehouse grounds including pre-trip inspections, securing loads and ensuring strict adherence to DOT/CDL regulations. Coordinate and maintain fleets and equipment.

• Must possess general computer skills and a basic understanding of Microsoft Office Product.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent or degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred

Forklift experience helpful but not required

Bilingual (English and Spanish) helpful but not required

Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or s similar

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and management
