Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (37.5 hours per week)
Occasional flexibility to work between 5am and 7am required - this can be done from home if necessary

Salary: £25,740 per year

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to join our busy warehouse in Bath!

You will be supporting our 3PL account with Davies Turner, where our own brand deliveries arrive and are stored. This will entail booking in deliveries, supporting with transfers, investigating and resolving stock differences, preparing backload transfers and reviewing stock holding at pick level.
Clear, timely and accurate communication is crucial to support all Teams and Departments in keeping our stock levels correct at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Book in stock receipts at our UK 3PL and raise transfers for all OOS items
  • Close transfers globally and manage stock differences: checking and resolving all issues raised and escalating when necessary
  • Check physical stock within any of our UK sites as required - use counting sheets for audit purposes
  • Lead the investigation, resolution and reporting of all stock take differences in our UK sites: four sites in Bath and one 3PL in Bristol
  • Support with all peak event stock level planning and transfers
  • Update UK system in response to monthly cycle counts from our UK 3PL site
  • Identify and create backloads of overstocks between our UK sites to our UK 3PL
  • Cover daily transfers in Manager's absence
  • Oversee our Product and QC Senior, who will support with stock counts, basic product management eg. weights and measures
  • Produce and investigate ‘Write Off’ stock reports for all sites
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards within our Warehouses and promote a positive Health and Safety culture on site

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • A minimum of 2 years' stock management and stock control experience
  • High computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft and Google software products
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • The ability to think on your feet, problem solve and action solutions in a time sensitive manner
