What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with senior management on all aspects of resourcing, including capacity and head count projections; Support and further enhance Financial Crimes Operations (FCO) capacity model, budget and resource management processes, and Partner with Chief Operating Officer (COO) to layout strategic resource landscape,

  • Lead periodic resource capacity planning and demand assessment

  • Understand the key commitments across FCO to identify areas of resource efficiency and load balance

  • Manage and coordinate FCO-related vendor RFP and SOW drafts and negotiations

  • As a Service Relationship Owner (SRO) Delegate, support and execute on FCO responsibilities in Vendor Management process

  • Maintain FCO headcount and support senior management in running FCO team capacity projections

How You’ll Lead

  • Support Management within the unit for all regular and ad-hoc requests and identify/escalate issues that represent risk

  • Ensure all Chief Administrative Office (CAO), purchasing/ Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Legal and HR policies are followed to ensure effective onboarding of resource

  • Maintain inventory of FCO system access and perform users and system access recertification process

Skills You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Relevant years professional experience in functions such as Business Management or Operations, and experience in Program Management

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point, and MS Excel, including pivot tables, macros, filtering, and sorting

  • Proactive in your approach to tasks and responsibilities, strong interpersonal effectiveness, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment
