A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A VACATION OWNER CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

As a Vacation Owner Customer Service Rep, you support the company and our vacation owner. Are you driven and energetic with a growth mindset? Do you have excellent communication skills? Are you attentive to detail? Do you enjoy working independently? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position!

• Taking inbound calls, you set up payment plans and work with the vacation owners to get their accounts on track.
• Through inbound calls and emails, you answer questions on how to best use the vacation product, Resorts Condominiums International (RCI), resale requests.
• Under the guidance of the vacation owner services manager, you provide resale information to vacation owners and answer any basic questions.
• While providing fantastic customer service, you assist in the onboarding and education of new owners.
• By making outbound calls to our vacation owners in order to settle late payments you support the company in its operations to maintain the value of their ownership.
• You find great satisfaction in keeping our vacation owners informed and their accounts up to date!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Constant Contact

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
