Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. is currently seeking a USMC Systems Engineer to support a United States Marine Corps (USMC) effort within Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic in North Charleston, South Carolina. Responsibilities:
- Implements engineering methods and tools across USMC IPT projects and programs.
- Identifies requirements and facilitates coordination across technical stakeholders and USMC leadership.
- Conducts technical deep dives in collaboration with government stakeholders and technology teams to ensure end user solutions and capabilities are integrated and effectively meet the customer needs.
- Provides analytical and technical support to projects involving tactical/operational documentation, military systems design, scenario development and/or other efforts requiring military operations expertise.
- Supports the research, development, production, and fielding of C4ISR capabilities.
- Supports the development of new C4ISR and information technology (IT) capabilities, the maintenance and upgrade of existing C4ISR and IT capabilities, and the integration of existing hardware and software capabilities into a consolidated system baseline.
- Provides technical expertise supporting USMC, DoN, and DoD systems including: JTCW, GCCS-TCO, GCCS-J, DCGS-MC, TSOA.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience in software design, development, and test and evaluation.
- Programming experience using JAVA, Python, and/or C# languages.
Education Requirements:
- B.S. Engineering, Physical Science, Engineering Technology, or relevant professional certification(s).
Security Requirements:
- U.S. Citizen
- Candidate must have or be eligible for a SECRET clearance
Additional Information:
- Telecommuting / Remote Options: Hybrid
- Travel: Less than 25%
