Overview

Responsible for coordinating all administrative tasks and activities for the Benefits & Compensation Department, including, but not limited to, the responsibilities as outlined below.

Responsibilities

  • Support health and welfare plans for US and Canadian locations.
  • Handle all department billing and check requests.
  • Assist with auditing invoices, ensuring that terminations and enrollments are processed in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the Benefits portion of new hire Orientation for Home Office.
  • Answer general Benefits and Employment Administration questions via email and telephone.
  • Run monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly reports and audits for departments as needed.
  • Help organize communication and packets for all open enrollments.
  • Coordinate regular benefit communications to support the mainland US population.
  • Assist with faxing, scanning, mailing, ordering supplies, and other administrative tasks.
  • Manage approval system for Dependent Verification System.
  • Complete Employee Benefit Verifications.
  • Support Compensation Team in the following tasks including but not limited to:
  • Yearly survey submissions.
  • Market Pay uploads – employee & job data uploads.
  • Market pricing using MarketPay
  • Quarterly bonus accrual process
  • Compensation Department mailbox management
  • Run bi-weekly Employee and Job data reports
  • Assist with ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

  • Requires a high level of integrity with regard to the confidential nature of the position.
  • A demonstrated level of technical proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong customer service attitude.
  • Experience with UKG is a plus.
