Summary:
We are looking for an Upgrade Advisor for our service department who initiates a courteous conversation with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and in a courteous matter
- Scan cars and uses software to generate car appraisal
- Provide upgrade car appraisal options to customer and inform Upgrade Sales Manager accordingly
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum one (1) year experience of customer service
- Positive attitude
- Great communication skills
- Willing to submit and pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen
