Ohio Security Systems, an established contract security guard company with over 50 years of experience, is looking for dependable, hard-working security officers in the Columbus, OH area. This job is great for those who are students, retired or just looking for a second job.

OSS Inc. security guards are fully uniformed, unarmed and trained$13 an hour.

Full time day shift, 7 am to 3 pm.
Full time midnight shift, 11 pm to 7 am.
Saturday and Sunday 7 am to 7 pm, Monday and Tuesday 11 pm to 7 am.

Requirements:

· Eighteen years of age.

· Ability to work additional shifts as deemed necessary.

· Ability to speak and write English.

· Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.

· The ability to with stand hot and cold temperatures.

· Pass background check.

Responsibilities include:

· Monitoring all activity.

· Patrol the grounds.

· Write Activity Reports.

· Sign-in visitors and contractors.

· Adding/removing seals off trailers.

· Checking employee's personal belongings.

· Using Hand wand and metal detector.
