Job description

IMMEDIATE OPENING - Looking for a full time experienced, safety oriented tree climber/arborist for residential trim and removal work. Expectations on gear include climbing harness, your own lanyard, hitch cords and PPE. Skill base needs to include, but not be limited to, SRT and DRT setup, capabilities of tying dead eye slings for block placement and porta wrap, ability to use redirect systems for rigging, speed line set up for rigging. MUST KNOW HOW TO TIE AT LEAST 5 BASIC CLIMBING AND RIGGING KNOTS. Every climber is different and it is not expected for you to use the same knots as management, however you should have an arsenal of your own. I do not mind training to a degree, but compensation is based on experience and knowledge of safety procedures, rigging procedures, climbing systems and speed. We are a small, very modest company with a great reputation that does many notable trees. We are very proud of the work we do and would like someone that knows this as a way of life, not just an income.
