A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE TREASURY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE

On a daily basis, the Treasury Management Associate will provide customer support for the implementation of cash management and remote deposit capture products and services, through the creation and review of agreements, creating and maintaining electronic files, and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete. You will also serve as daily support for customers that have purchased new products and services as well as changes to existing products and services and provide prompt resolution to issues. You will get to know your customers, and become a trusted resource, understanding their business needs and identify opportunities for additional products and services to help them meet their business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE TREASURY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE

  • Five years' banking experience required, 2-3 years' business banking preferred;
  • Demonstrated ability to provide the highest levels of customer service via phone, in writing, or in person.
  • Experience working with multiple banking segments and systems, corporate and business customers, not-for-profit, and government entities.
  • Proficiency in Office software systems, including organization of files and maintaining and creating electronic filing systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to expand customer relationships to meet customer needs.
  • Associate's degree in business or related field required, bachelor's degree preferred.
