Position Summary:

The Senior Director, Total Rewards will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, culture, and values. The Senior Director, Total Rewards will partner with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure that the total rewards programs are designed and administered in a manner that meets the needs of the business and supports the overall HR strategy.

Essential duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a total rewards strategy that supports the company's business objectives and aligns with the company's culture and values.
  • Lead the design and administration of competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure that the total rewards programs are designed and administered in a manner that meets the needs of the business and supports the overall HR strategy.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR and business leaders on compensation and benefits matters.
  • Lead the annual compensation planning process, including budget development, salary structure review, and incentive plan design.
  • Manage the benefits program, including vendor selection, plan design, and administration.
  • Develop and implement a recognition program that supports the company's culture and values.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the compensation and benefits team, including coaching and development.
  • Monitor market trends and best practices to ensure that the company's total rewards programs remain competitive and effective.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices and trends.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing total rewards strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team of compensation and benefits professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
