Houseal Construction is a home renovation company specializing in custom bathrooms and kitchens, tile work, and built-ins.

We are currently looking for a tile setter/tile installer able touse tools to cut tiles, such as wet saws and handheld tile cutters. Mark the surfaces to be tiled and layout work, following blueprints. Install cement board, laticrete waterproofing, apoxy grout, marble thresholds, shower niches, shower benches, etc. Spread plaster, concrete, mastic or other adhesive base on the surface to form a tile base and level it to the specified thickness. Lay tiles in the mortar or adhesive base with precision, ensuring clean edges and straight lines. Press or tap tiles with a trowel handle to affix them. Must be able to install all types of tile in multiple patterns including but not limited to chevron, brick, herringbone, etc.

In addition to tile setting/installation, the desired candidate will perform general carpentry, drywall installation, painting, etc. (knowledge preferred, but not required for these additional job tasks).

Other Responsibilities:

- Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans.

Requirements
Must be able to lift 50-80 lbs
Must have at least 5+ years tiling experience
Must have driver’s license and form of transportation
Must be able to work in the U.S.

We're located in the Upper Valley of New Hampshire, we work between St. Johnsbury, VT, Littleton, NH and Lebanon, NH along 91 and 93 Interstates.
