Job Description
We are seeking someone who can provide excellent help desk support in an environment with 2500+ internal clients located at 20+ locations throughout the US. This role will be working with a team of IT people who operate out of our corporate office in Solana Beach, CA. This role will be supporting a large variety of technologies that will create many unique experiences from day to day.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Tier 2-3 Help Desk support for internal customers in a Microsoft-based environment
• Perform systems installation, operation, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal information technology systems operations. Thoroughly document all cases submitted for support using Zendesk.
• Proficiency in use of remote software to assist end users
• Configuration of user accounts
• Monitor Zendesk queues and escalate issues appropriately
• Maintain professionalism when consulting with Technical Services Manager and Senior Staff
• Share in after-hours support rotation
• Travel to branch office locations to perform essential duties

Qualifications*
The IDEAL Candidate:*

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a technical support role
• Previously worked in Hospitality, Retail, or held a position with a strong focus on Customer Service
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with Windows computers
• A degree from an accredited university OR relevant IT certifications
