PRIMARY PURPOSE:
As an Operations Utility, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set chairs, bleachers, carpeting, portable flooring, hockey dashers, ice making, etc. as directed- Store equipment in pre-designated areas
- Perform minor maintenance on equipment used for setting and striking events
- Maintain the highest standards to ensure the quality and cleanliness in the arena, convention spaces, public areas, offices, and other areas
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to work safely, including understanding and following company safety policies and procedures, completing work in a safe manner, caring about safety of self and others, responding appropriately in an emergency, and reporting unsafe conditions; this also includes being aware of unsafe conditions such as spills, wet areas, debris, and addressing quickly and efficiently
- Able to operate vehicles in the performance of assigned duties in an effective, safe and proper manner
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
