What we need…

A Systems Supervisor to lead our team of analysts responsible for application development for out INSIGHT Core team. This person participates in product and resource planning, design meetings for the Development team that is responsible for INSIGHT application development. We’re looking for someone collaborative, communicative, and innovative to join our team!

What you’ll do…

  • Participate in product planning and design review meetings; review/creates proposed designs and devise product functionality based upon customer/vendor input and industry
  • Consider requirements of, and impacts to, broad areas and stays abreast of industry trends and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Perform testing of programmer’s implementation of design
  • Serve as mentor to employees; prepares and conducts employee evaluations and cooperatively establishes individual goals and objectives
  • Assign work, checks progress, and provides feedback
  • Participate in on-going project and resource planning for INSIGHT development
  • May make recommendations for process improvement, create and maintain project plans, prepare status reports and assist with preparation of sizing/work estimates for enhancements
  • Drive team success by following and enforcing team standards, anticipate and mitigate issues, ensure team is meeting expectations

What you’ll bring…

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.
  • Minimum 5 years of business, systems or application analyst experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
  • Minimum 5 years systems design experience in a banking or financial services environment
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management both orally and in writing
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize
  • Solid analytical skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to synthesize information to make decisions and provide guidance
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a demanding fast paced work environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change in fast paced environment and work with cross functional teams
  • Ability to understand details and how they relate to bigger picture
  • Responsible for team and individual team members career growth and development
  • Ability to anticipate, identify and mitigate issues in advance and course correct for own work and teams work
  • Ability to multitask at a very high level
  • Knowledge of specific banking applications, programming and Relational Database basic concepts

The salary range for this position is $87900- $130000 / year
