Job Title: IT System Architect IV

Location: REMOTE

Citizenship: US Citizen

System Architect IV Is responsible for designing IT architecture for an organization on an enterprise level. Defines system and application architecture and provides vision, problem anticipation, and problem solving ability to organization. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in Information Technology
• At least 6 years of experience as System Architect
• Ability to handle complex technical environments and troubleshooting
• Experience working with Cloud architecture
• Experience working on IT infrastructure contracts involving Windows Server, Linux/ Unix and storage technologies
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Federal Government Security Clearance
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• BS/BA degree in a related area (or equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Amazon Web Services
• Experience with IT infrastructure contracts with US Federal Government

Job Duties:

• Creating, articulating, and positioning an innovative and compelling value proposition so that customer executives clearly realize the benefits and transformation value of system modernization initiatives.
• Delivering architectures using on-premise IT environment, and supporting probable migration of that environment to commercial cloud services
• Engaging with development, infrastructure, security and IT operations teams at the customer and identifying repeatable patterns and architectures for modernized systems.
• Executing and delivering onsite/ remote technical tasks with customers (solution installation and analysis of applications)
• Building high-quality technological solutions and architectures for customers.
• Providing technical assistance to support the development teams.
• Acquiring a working knowledge of new technologies and third-party applications to improve customer solutions.
• Lead technology solutioning to support proposal and business development efforts
