Sustainability Engineer
PC Krause and Associates, Inc. (PCKA) has an immediate opening for two full-time Sustainability Engineers targeting energy savings research and development. Responsibilities include thermal modeling, manufacturing, and testing for building energy management, design, optimization, fabrication, testing, and characterization of composite materials, and sustainability modeling for different applications and geographic locations. The position requires expertise in thermal modeling, energy management, manufacturing techniques, life cycle cost, and recycling/disposal. The qualified candidate should be able to effectively work as part of a collaborative rapid design team.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/chemical/industrial engineering or closely related field is required. (Master's degree preferred). Applicant must be capable of obtaining a U.S. Security Clearance and able to pass an extended background investigation for this position. Salary is commensurate with experience. PCKA was incorporated in 1983 and specializes in the analysis, design and simulation of power systems and power system components with particular emphasis on electronic-based systems being used in or designed for aircraft, ships, ground vehicles, spacecraft and terrestrial power systems. PCKA has offices in West Lafayette, IN, Indianapolis, IN, Dayton, OH, and Warren, OH.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
