Job description

The Surrogate Case Manager provides the following services to our clients: Hand-hold Surrogates from match to post baby delivery. Manage doctor appointments, coordinate legal process, supportive counseling to surrogates, diligent record and note keeping, constant communicate with all involved parties ensuring everyone involved is on the same page. Must be team player!

• Case Management
• Provide case management to a caseload of approximately 10-20 matches.
• Initial setup of case
• Book and arrange travel when necessary
• Maintain calendar of appointments
• Coordinate legal process
• Advocate, counsel, coach Surrogates throughout their entire journey
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Base compensation $2500/month through training period (3 months), with room for growth.
• Case Commission $2000/case
• Average yearly income for this potions ranges from $50,000 to $60,000. Depending on personal performance and company overall performance
• If candidate can refer surrogates, she will be entitled to additional referral bonus starting at $2500

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are current working remotely. Our office is located at 11160 Warner Ave, #305, Fountain Valley, CA 91728. Hours Mon-Fri from 9:00am-6:00pm must have great attendance and punctuality and must be able to address emergency situations outside of standard business hours (cell phone provided). There will be about 25% of traveling for this position.

Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required if experienced. Experience must skills, experience providing crisis intervention and conflict resolution is preferred. Spanish speaking preferred.
