As a Support Partner you will be providing direct support in partnership with people with disabilities, on a one-to-one basis, in their own homes and communities. Services include direct support in the form of community involvement and/or accommodation with all activities of daily living including personal care, communication, transportation and inclusive social and recreational activities.

We are looking to partner with people who are creative, energetic and like to have fun. We are looking for people who want to ensure that ALL people's rights are secured, that people can live a self-determined life and who believe in equity!

The person in need of support prefers a Support Partner who is flexible and patient; has a calm demeanor, is a good listener, can pay attention to detail, and is adaptable. The person loves 80s/90s-esque cartoons/movies, college football, and the Catholic Church.

He needs support in the following areas:

• verbal and physical support when in the home and community
• supervision and assistance with hygiene needs (bathing/showering, toileting, dental)
• shopping, food preparation
• light housework and laundry
• community activities
• maintaining routine and schedule

PREFFERED SCHEDULE:

OVERNIGHT: Wednesday 10p - Thursday 10a

OVERNIGHT/DAY: Thursday 10p - Friday 1:30p
