To provide comprehensive deputy support to the Trafford SPoA Team Leader. The role of the Supervisor will be to ensure that all administration functions with the team are being processed to a high standard, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.The Supervisor will also provide administration support to patients, careers, and healthcare professionals in the Trafford area through all aspects of the patient pathway.
- Previous experience in supervising a team in a patient focused or customer service role within an NHS environment.
- Experience of working with a variety of software packages
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
- Detailed knowledge of working with IT systems
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
- Customer service experience or call centre experience an advantage
- Excellent telephone manner & good interpersonal skills
