SUMMARY

Maintain, analyze, and reconcile financial transactions and accounts, prepare management and regulatory reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Daily reconciliation of bank accounts and retail credit/debit cards activities.

2. Daily reconciliation of Multi-Site Operated (MSO) liability.

3. Monitoring/troubleshooting Cash Over/Short, Credit Card Chargebacks, and Payouts.

4. Monthly reconciliation of fuel inventories, and C-store inventories.

5. Periodic reconciliation/analysis of all active GL accounts, including Equity roll-forward.

6. Journal Entries for payroll and other accounts

7. Periodic vendors’ rebates calculations, accruals, and billings

8. Capital lease obligations

9. Intercompany transactions

10. Fixed assets recordkeeping in Sage, related JE’s updates in GL, and roll forwards, site basis.

11. Trend review of Profit & Loss accounts to identify exceptions in pre-close cycle, site basis.

12. Prepare assigned tasks for year-end financial and statutory audits.

13. Other projects assigned by the Accounting Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting from an U.S. accredited university/college

2. At least 2 years of relevant work experience

3. Mid-range ERP environment

4. Intermediate level of working experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook applications.

5. Good interpersonal and communications skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
