Henry Ford Health System is actively searching for a highly motivated, inventive, and detail-oriented Senior Video Producer to become an integral part of our expanding Creative Services Team. Our primary objectives include revolutionizing healthcare marketing and assembling a diverse group of creative experts.
The perfect candidate for this role should possess:
- A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a variety of video and multimedia content, demonstrating diverse production complexities.
- Proficiency in managing multiple aspects of production, such as video, photography, and audio, under the guidance of the Multimedia Team Lead.
- Accountability for transforming innovative ideas into tangible products across an array of Public Relations and Marketing channels.
- Adaptability to work within various budgets, from extensive TV productions to cost-effective social media content creation.
- Proven experience in producing and organizing compelling content.
- A personable attitude that enables effective collaboration with diverse individuals.
- A proactive mindset, consistently staying ahead in planning and execution.

The position is hybrid and based out of Detroit at One Ford Place. On average 60% time in the office and 40% remote when working on post production. This is a 40 hour per week position from 8am until 4:30pm with occasional overtime and weekend coverage needed.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, film, design, broadcast, media production, or related field.
- At least five (5) years of experience in an agency, or at a commercial production company, or internal corporate media production environment.
- Experience with pre-production planning, production management and post-production with Premiere pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience leading overseeing both live-action productions and post-production pipelines.
- Experience with scheduling, project management and time management for self and team.
- Understanding and producing videos for ever-changing digital and social media platforms.
- Adept at storytelling in a visual medium.
- Staying on top of consumer demand and changing video viewing habits.
- Flexible, positive attitude in the face of high pressure and stressful situations.
- Excellent grammar and written communication skills.
- Open mind and learning-oriented.
