WHO YOU ARE
You are an experienced Accountant ( 5+ years, CPA preferred) with advanced Excel skills and advance ERP system knowledge (knowledge in Microsoft Business Central a plus). You are creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will supports FPG’s strategy to promote the sharing and adoption of FPG services within the client environment to energize the frontline, unleashing their impact and passionately connecting them with their company’s brand and its customers to achieve transformational long-term results that benefit everyone. You will be supporting timely and accurate financial statements within statutory requirements.

HOW YOU WILL DO IT

  • Oversees timely and accurate payables and expense processing
  • Imports transactions into financial system while making sure accounts and data reconcile
  • Manage reconciliation of company’s bank accounts
  • Managing company daily cash position and 12 month rolling position forecast
  • Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy.
  • Review and process approved bank account signatory additions, changes and deletions.
  • Maintain accurate and complete bank account documentation files
  • Receive and process all online banking system Administration requests
  • Perform regular bank system user access reviews to minimize user access across all platforms
  • Prepares and develops reports to analyze data
  • Coordinates audit requests when applicable for AP
  • Supervise AP Staff accountants
  • Other tasks as assigned

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and/or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills
  • Advance ERP Skills, Microsoft Business Central preferred
  • Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment
  • Be able to deliver under pressure for deadlines
  • Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and strong ability to gather and document requirements
  • Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency

COMPENSATION
Base Salary $60,000-$70,000 + monthly incentive (up to 10%)
