Seeking a senior project coordinator to help manage our many projects in the transportation space from inception through support handover. To accomplish this, the person filling this role will be responsible for ensuring that our projects are following the established Tyson Tech PMO processes within the Clarity project management tool while keeping the team on track to deliver against agreed upon timelines. The project coordinator will create project/task plans and communicate expectations to the project team and overall schedule/status to stakeholders.

Must Have Experiences/Skills:

• 2+ years of project management/coordinator
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
• Strong multi-tasking ability

Nice-to-Have Experience/Skills:

• Experience with the Moventus Clarity project management tool
• Experience with Microsoft Project
• Experience navigating a matrixed organization and resource management

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour
