We are currently seeking an experience, energized Sr. Healthcare Recruiter for our client based in Central MA. This is a full-time, onsite position at a very cool, rapidly growing healthcare staffing firm. Culture is key so drive and motivation matter!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of open position requirements, including partnering with Corporate HR Managers and other leadership to successfully recruit qualified candidates to meet the hiring objectives.

Prescreen and interview candidates to confirm they meet the requirements of the job requisition.

  • Project professional and ethical image of the company in all interaction with perspective candidates, including providing clear overview of culture and job requirements.
  • Utilize an understanding of relevant employment laws to avoid unlawful employment practices during the recruiting. Provides staffing support to various clinical groups and departments throughout the company.
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinates, attends, and participates in community awareness and recruitment activities such as career fairs at colleges and other recruiting events.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Associates Degree in marketing or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of healthcare recruiting experience.
  • 1+ year of full cycle recruitment
  • 1+ year of clinical recruiting preferred
