Position Summary: Fellowship-trained Sports Medicine physician wanted to join a busy practice.

Essential Job Functions: Candidate must be able to run an effective clinic, demonstrate excellent bedside manner and the ability to perform specialized MSK procedures.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Sports Medicine fellowship
• Board-eligible or board-certified
• Current valid Utah State Physician License, current DEA certificate, Basic Life Support (BLS) certified, or specialty certification as required by department
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated success in working both individually and as part of a team
• Demonstrated leadership qualities
