Tilton’s Therapy has been bringing therapy home since 1999. We are therapist owned, operated and led–created by Debbie Tilton who recognized a need for convenient therapies in the NATURAL ENVIRONMENT for patients of all ages and abilities!

Tilton’s Therapy is a GROWING company with rewarding development opportunities and strong administrative support. You’ll create your own schedule and have freedom in creatively treating your patients with ethical, holistic, and client-centered professionalism.

We are mobile OUTPATIENT, with our amazing team working remotely in the community, and we do not have an office or clinic. You’ll get creative in the home, foster home, daycare, assisted living facility, sober living home, etc. We also offer SCHOOL-BASED opportunities for those who are experienced in academic-based services.

We provide health insurance (dental and vision included), 401K, UNLIMITED CEUs paid by the corporation, therapy licensure and device stipends, travel reimbursement, college tuition reimbursement, PTO, 8 paid holidays, and more!

Full-Time looks like 36 patient visits per week.

The hourly treatment rate is between $48 -$52 depending on experience.

Evaluation Flat Rate: $100
