We're looking for a detail-oriented Spa Coordinator who will help coordinate spa related events with our clients. This includes providing timely and efficient service and helping to organize our client events so that they are both memorable and meet the high standards we set for ourselves. The right candidate will be able to work well under pressure, take initiative in a fast-paced environment, stay organized and act quickly when the need arises.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the opening and closing of the spa in a timely manner.
• Schedule appointments for each spa service.
• Re-stock supplies and clean the spa rooms.
• Coordinate payment with customers and charge their credit cards.
• Be especially attentive to the needs of high-paying customers.
• Handle complaints and resolve problems as they arise to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Effective time management.

• Ability to communicate effectively, including writing skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
