The Spa Assistant Manager will serve as the client coordinator, and is the first and last point of contact with our guests, from scheduling services, product sales, conflict resolution, escorting facility tours, maintaining client database, to final billing and checkout. Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations, guest service standards & team members of the Salon/Spa.
