Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. As a member of this team, you will help market the island of Ireland as an attractive holiday destination for people across the world through a world-class marketing program and via multiple platforms.
Additionally, you will inform, engage and inspire potential visitors to the island of Ireland through e-mail, community, and social media.

5 hours per week

What We Are Looking For:
- Candidates with travel experience
- Excellent writing skills (grammar, spelling, punctuation) in German and English
- Ability to communicate tone in a creative manner on social media
- An empathetic approach to handling sensitive situations with care
- Experience working with various social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and Instagram
- Experience with proactive engagement across social media channels
- Experience with social media tools such as Conversocial (would be a bonus!)
- Professional community and forum experience
- The ability to research and source relevant answers to questions in a timely manner
- Flexible availability and willingness to pick up extra shifts at short notice are a plus!
WorkSpace Requirements:
- Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
- Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
- Webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
