Ville Painters is hiring full time painters! Consistently ranked as one of the Lancaster area’s top Painting contractor companies, we offer residential painting and commercial painting services. We are looking for professional painters who are dependable, hard-working, and eager to develop their painting skills. Painters will work independently or in a team to complete interior painting and exterior painting projects according to the customer’s vision. Necessary Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including customer service skills
• Ladder Safety- competent working on ladders daily, up to 40ft extension
• Proper execution of interior and exterior painting protocol, all without supervision
• Interior skills (such as but not limited to: blow out patches, plaster, spackle, caulk, nail hole repairs, wallpaper removal, kitchen cabinets (prep & paint), drywall repair, accent walls, etc.)
• Exterior skills (such as but not limited to: staining, stucco, spraying siding, shutters, etc.)
• Lead paint safety- setup, containment, and cleanup at jobsite
• Lift experience/certification a plus, experience with heavy machinery

Qualifications and requirements:

• Minimum 2 years painting experience
• High school diploma, GED, advanced coursework, or tech school a plus but not required
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Self-motivated, quality conscious, detail-oriented, and organized
• Must possess required tools, including but not limited to: paint brush, caulk gun, putty knives, toolbox, tape measure, screwdrivers, 5in1, etc.
• Physical ability to perform all aspects of this job (repetitive movements, standing, lifting, climbing, working at heights of greater than 30 feet, etc.)
• Driver's license and must have own transportation to and from work sites around south-central PA

Our family-owned Professional Painting company that has been revitalizing home & workspaces in the Lancaster County, PA area for more than 33 years.

Pennsylvania painting sites may include: Elizabethtown, Lebanon, Lancaster, Columbia, Willow Street, Gap, Quarryville, Mt Gretna, and Akron

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
