Various levels of Assemblers based on skills and experience.

This is a temp to hire position. All applications received will be refereed to one of our staffing agency partners.

2nd shift runs 3pm-1am Monday through Thursday. Full and part-time positions available. Overtime may be periodically required.

Essential Functions of Entry Level Assembler:

  • Simple assembly such as folding plastic blanks
  • Meets or exceeds productivity standards
  • Demonstrates MDI Core Values
  • Participates in team stretching and other injury prevention activities before your shift and after break times.
  • Participates in continuous improvement programs.
  • Employ effective, respectful communication skills.
  • Ensure compliance with work instructions and/or Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to all current company policies.
  • Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others including wearing mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Functions effectively in a fast paced, diverse, team environment.
  • Assist with department cleanliness and housekeeping.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Wages range from $15-$16.
