Position Details
Clearwater Analytics is seeking experienced, user focused Site Reliability Engineer responsible for the reliability and availability of company’s service offerings. The SRE team has responsibility of running production applications in on-premise data center and public cloud. The SRE team supports Application and Operations in production.

Your Responsibilities
-
Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize service level objectives and implement optimum solutions for monitoring, managing, and scaling our platforms and services.

Work with infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform
-
Drive incident resolution through a systematic problem-solving approach
-
Enable product teams to manage and self-serve on-prem and cloud infrastructure while ensuring platform stability.

Collaborate, design, architect and implement new solutions across cross-functional teams.

Provide guidance to engineers and work hands-on to solve complex problems
-
Analyze issues and application patterns to proactively identify and implement automation of routine maintenance tasks.

Participate in on-call rotation for production support

What You’ll Bring:

BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
-
Experience writing code in Java, Python, or a similar software language.
-
5+ years of production experience managing and supporting large scale applications.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business and technical teams.

3+ years’ experience working in public cloud environments like AWS, Azure, GCP
-
3+ years’ experience working with Application performance tools like Appdynamics, NewRelic, Dynatrace

3+ years’ experience working with log management tools like Splunk, ELK
