Job description

This position is responsible for preparing shipments of doors and door hardware including machining wood doors for hardware, pre-hanging wood doors in their frames, assembly and welding of metal door frames, and packaging / pallatizing wood and metal doors and door frames, wood trim, and associated door hardware for shipping. The ideal candidate would be proficient in woodworking, welding, use of hand and power tools, creating machining jigs as well as packaging. Position requires frequent lifting and operating fork lifts and pallet jacks. This person will work closely with the Shipping and Receiving Manager to organize incoming materials and stage completed orders for shipping . Strong woodworking / carpentary and basic welding skills and experiance are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
