Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to calls on delivery information or problems.
- Provide all U.S. freight quotes.
- Shipping Trackers.
- Track Lids, to prepare for shipment
- Freight request for shipments.
- List Pro Numbers and Freight Charges on bills of lading and enter in computer as required.
- Track LTL shipments as needed.
- Trace UPS and other shipments as requested. Obtain proof of delivery as required.
- Communicate shipment problems to Customer Service immediately.
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
