The Uftring Auto Group consists of eleven automotive franchises at six car dealerships in Peoria, East Peoria, Washington and North Pekin, Illinois. Responsibilities
- Verify all incoming and outgoing shipments, invoices, and stock orders daily
- Deliver parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores and vendors
- Control daily watch on customers
- Call parts by notifying customer or advisor
- Assist on all returns
- Assist warranty administrator with all warranty claims to be returned
- Operate a forklift according to OSHA standards
- Post weights and shipping charges
- Unpack and examine incoming shipments, rejecting an damaged items, record shortages and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages
- Keep manager informed of all problems and stock requirements
Qualifications
- Ability to read, interpret, and comprehend instructions and information
- Experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to use Parts Department computer and the Reynolds and Reynolds system
- Basic knowledge of parts and manufacturer ordering guidelines

Valid Illinois driver's license with an acceptable record
Hours Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
