Job Description: Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support enterprise integration initiatives. • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Responsibilities • Support the development and configuration of ServiceNow in a variety of areas including, but not limited to Service Portal, Change, Problem, Incident, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Release/SDLC, Configuration Management (CMDB), Discovery, Project, Reporting, and SLAs. • Develop solutions within ServiceNow, assist with the integration of other applications and tools, system administration, report development and testing of the product and its sub-modules. • Design, implement, test, document, and deploy enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes needed to support the enterprise. • Identify, create, and execute test cases for ServiceNow and other software platforms including the creation of ServiceNow Automated Test Framework functionality. • Collaborate with team members to define, analyze, understand, and document business and technical requirements. • Design, develop, and configure workflows, forms, scripts, and underlying logic using Agile methodologies. • Participate in and support ServiceNow version upgrades. Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of ServiceNow development/implementation experience including experience working with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, XML, SOAP, YAML). • Experience with Automation and DevOps Practices; familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD), code versioning tools such as Git and utilize Agile principals • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Position General Comments: Key Requirements • 5+ years of ServiceNow development/implementation experience • Experience working with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, XML, SOAP, YAML) • Experience with automation and DevOps practices; familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD), code versioning tools such as Git and utilize Agile principals • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer • A pro-active, team player with strong communication skills
