Miller Truck Leasing is hiring a Service Writer to work out of our Albany, NY shop. Ideal applicants will have an interest in advancing their career and technical knowledge.
Service Writer Duties:
- Work with Service Manager to coordinate scheduling of jobs within the shop
- Ordering parts for scheduled repairs and to maintain regular shop inventory
- Creating invoices for work performed and assist with billing processes
- Supporting customers by answering phones and customer questions
You Have:
- Experience working in a diesel shop, auto shop, parts counter, or similar area
- A valid license
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:30pm
