Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred. Automotive, RV, Powersport, or other related industry experience is preferred. Auto Technicians are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities – Service Advisor:
Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work- Greet customers and inspect their vehicle
- Advise customers about necessary/suggested services and costs
- Follow the status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through the completion of work
- Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
- Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer to assure all concerns are addressed
- Provide a completely satisfied customer experience
Qualifications – Service Advisor:
1+ years of previous Service Advisor / Consultant experience is required- Auto Dealership experience preferred
- Auto Technician / Mechanic, Warranty / Insurance Adjuster, or Service Advisor experience in RV, Powersport, Motorsport, or other related industry will also be considered!
- General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is preferred
- CDK experience is a plus!
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Good work ethic and computer skills
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
