- A Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, or related field, preferred.
- Five or more years' of management experience in related field, required.
- PMP Certification, desired
- Lean/Agile Development Certifications, desired
- Knowledge and experience establishing and maintaining service delivery processes.
- Knowledge and experience supervising technical support staff.
- Knowledge and experience managing technical projects.
- Child Abuse History Clearance
- PA Criminal Record Check
- FBI Fingerprint Clearance
- Mandated Reporter of Child Abuse Training
- Successful candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment Physical and TB Test.

North Allegheny School District seeks candidates to fill a Service Delivery Manager position in the Technology Services Department. The Service Delivery Manager Provides technical project management and management of the Service Delivery. This position manages the Client Service and Field Service Teams including Student and Staff Service Desks, Service Desk Support Technicians, and Field Support Technicians.
Minimum requirements include:
Hiring Range: $60,000 - $68,000.
