Your Career as Customer Care Advocate will include greeting customers, assisting Service Managers, managing check out and maintaining excellent customer and billing records.
Management of our Courtesy Loaner Fleet will be a large part of this job. Any rental vehicle experience would be a plus!
1-2 years of customer relations experience is a requirement. CRM experience a plus.
